How does it work?
1. CONSULTATION
Your coach will walk you through an intake form and a one-on-one Zoom call to learn more about your background and goals.
2. ASSESSMENT
Your coach will get a baseline on your strength, conditioning, mobility, and how you move. You will upload videos and feedback right to the CoachRx app for your coach to analyze. Your coach may also ask you to log your food, sleep, and stress levels for a few days depending on your goals.
3. INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM
Each week, you will see new workouts leading toward your objectives. Your coach will examine your videos and provide feedback throughout the week, and you will meet with your coach for a 30-minute Zoom call once a month. You will also log your nutrition information.
